It was my first time booking a vehicle through Mozio and nervous as I was leading a group of students from US to China. Then we were delayed 2 times and a call to the company reassured me the driver would be tracking the flight. We didn't arrive for pickup until 3am. But, the bus driver was waiting. Such a relief! Friendly, courteous, kind, and reliable!
