from airport pickip to return transfer the driver was on time, spoke good english and had an air conditioned mercedes with plenty of room for luggage. They also supplied car seats so our kids 4,5,9 could travel safely. After this experience I would recommend Mozio to friends and will be using this as a safe and comfortable way to travel from now on.
