The ride was super. No problem.
However the driver got held up coming for the pickup - he experienced an accident in front of his car. My pick up time was 11.25am. So after 11.35am, because there was still no car for me, I tried to call the emergency number on my voucher. (My driver couldn't call immediately to inform me of the delay due the the traffic incident - i understand this).
The emergency number on the voucher was "+86" number which is China - no response from it. It was useless. So I highlight this problem to your company to sort out.
