I booked a trip from my London Hotel to one at Gatwick Airport. My driver was there on time, but because the London streets are small and crowded I did not immediately see him, so the company called me to let me know what he was driving and where he was parked. He was hearing impaired, and he let me sit in the front seat so I could change radio stations at will during the long trip from Central London to Gatwick Airport. He was extremely intuitive to my needs, in terms of adjusting the temperature and letting the windows down when I wanted to take photos. He also adapted easily to my change - finding my hotel at North Terminal instead of dropping me at the South Terminal. What a very nice gentleman! Five Stars!
