The driver Christian was on time. Greeted me & made me feel welcome to Zurich. We chatted amiably during the 20 minute trip & was very interested in my country Australia & gave relevant information on Switzerland. Once we arrived at my hotel, he kindly carried my luggage right up to reception. Price was reasonable & worth it ensuring entry into Zurich in a safe & happy manner
