My flight from Singapore was cancelled, and I needed to reschedule the taxi service. Mozio actually advised me of the flight cancellation before Singapore Air had even let me know. They stayed in contact with me the whole time and the driver made sure to message me, and pick up at the exact time, the following day. No fuss and excellent service
