If it would allow, I will give no star at all A Dishonest company. 1) Website states full refund but during this pandemic they are now stating refund in vouchers. They say it states in there terms of service they can change the terms when they see fit. But it also states that they have to inform customers of the change which they never. 2) I booked a transfer with wrong pick up time. They helped me to rebook but charged me twice. When I asked for refund, they only gave me voucher but no actual refund
