I rang to check if a towel rail I had seen on the website was in stock as I needed it urgently. The person I spoke to took the trouble to go to the stockroom to make absolutely sure. A follow-up e-mail I sent was responded to quickly and, most importantly, the towel rail arrived the next day.
I received excellent customer service and based on this experience I can highly recommend this company.
