Arrival time was good, pagaging was also very good. I have only gave this a four star because I purchased this seat before from another company but made by the same manufacturers and within seven months one side of the seat cracked. Could not get a refund ftom the manufacturer because it had been sold through another company, but after several complaints I received a full refund through the company selling it. So I hope this time round I wont have this problem as it is hard to find somewhere that sells this colour. But overhaul I am pleased with this item but time will tell.
