We tried to order a toilet seat on internet. Our computer would not allow us to complete the order. We rang MP's Help line. A lady named Jean, quickly, clearly and politely not only solved our problem but ensured that the item was immediately dispatched at no extra cost.
Initially, the item was offered at £3 less cost and free p&p compared with rival suppliers.
We are now searching MP Homewares for other products as they are so well recommended (by experience) and deserve encouragement
