I ordered a duckboard and called to place the order as PayPal wasn't playing ball on their site. I spoke to a lovely lady called Jean who was so nice, and yes, an actual person!! She took my order, processed my card and the duckboard actually arrived the very next day, even though it wasn't due for a few days, so I was very impressed. I think they used DHL so I got regular updates on my parcel's status, which was great. Overall the service and product were fantastic and I highly recommend MP Homewares!
