I found the customer service excellet. The item I wanted was not in stock so it was ordered in from the manufacturer and was with me in a couple of days. Unfortunately, there was a fault with the item, so they got in touch with the manufacturer immediately and I received a full refund straight away. I always find the best way to judge a company is how they respond when things don't go to plan, and they couldn't have done more. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.
