I've bought several times from MPB and had not had any problems. The problems occured when I tried to sell my old camera back to me. The initial quote they gave me was completely different from the final quote after "inspection". They deliberately low-ball you - making flimsy excuses - to get the cheapest price.
I would recommend Facebook or similar to sell you old equipment.
