“The MPB trade-in process was quick and efficient, my quote was even upgraded after MPB received my trade-in and I love the six month warranty. The camera I received in trade was in wonderful condition and I am very happy. And, MPB stepped up to the plate when Fedex initially lost my package containing my camera equipment to be traded. The package was found, but then Fedex claimed the package was damaged. A quick call to MPB assured me that they would take care of any necessary insurance claim. That was not necessary in the end, but it was nice to know that they would deal with that issue!”

“So far, MPB has been totally fantastic in every aspect ranging from customer service to prompt delivery of gear. I recently had a trade-in for some lens and it was the smoothest, seamless transaction ever. I even had a few questions prior to that and emailed customer service. I received prompt and precise responses pertaining to my questions. With regards to delivery time of gear, maybe it's because I live in the east coast but I pretty much get my gear 2 to 3 days after delivery and this is without paying extra fees for expedited deliveries. I once got my shipment 2 days after I ordered! Love that!
I have zero complaints with MPB so far and hope to keep it that way. They are always updating thier inventory (I was in search for a Canon 100-500mm RF lens and it was unavailable for a little while but in about two weeks, I saw 3 of them pop up! And they all literally went within the same week (hot item for this time of year I guess?) ). Anyway, I got the item I needed and totally thrilled with it thus far.

“My experience shows that MPB is a little more expensive but offers better trade in value than KEH. They also disclose shutter counts which makes purchasing used camera bodies potentially less risky. The KEH website works a little better but that is a nit.”
“I was able to have them hold a camera body while I sent in a lens in trade. They paid me a far amount for my trade and sent the body after I paid the difference.
