“I was able to have them hold a camera body while I sent in a lens in trade. They paid me a far amount for my trade and sent the body after I paid the difference. The body was well packed and as described. I'm also happy that they use FedEx which is my preferred delivery method. Highly recommended!”

“I love the idea of trading in old cameras for new or used ones. The camera I purchased is great! I love it. However, I wanted the camera for a trip to Hawaii and it took way longer to receive it than I expected. When we send in our old equipment, we should be able to choose expedited shipping to mpb and there is no option for that. I would have paid for that.
In addition, even though MPB had all of my tracking info and transaction info, I received several emails from them asking if I had decided to trade in. I even received these emails after I confirmed that MPB received my old camera. It made me nervous that my trade in items were lost.”
