I purchased a Fuji NP-W235 battery for my X-T4 camera on Dec. 23rd that was advertised as in stock on MPB's website. PayPal said in an email confirming the order that money would not leave my account until my order was processed. After Christmas, I realized that I had never received any confirmation of shipment from MPB, so I sent them a couple of emails that went unanswered. On Dec. 30th, I received a voicemail message from someone at MPB saying that an "allocation error" had been made, and that the battery I ordered was actually not in stock, but by then the charge had been posted to PayPal and on to my credit card for the purchase price of the non-existent battery. How this happened when MPB did not actually have the battery in stock is beyond me. So, after New Year's I initiated a dispute with my credit card company and with PayPal. My credit card company gave me a conditional credit pending the resolution of the dispute, and PayPal forwarded my dispute email to them to MPB on January 4. Finally, on January 5, PayPal notified me that MPB had made the refund for my purchase of the non-existent Fuji camera battery. MPB has had its chance to earn my business, and it failed miserably. I will not deal with them ever again. So, as the saying goes, caveat emptor.
