MPB will under no circumstance cancel/reverse a trade - do not do business with them.
Sent in merchandise and after payment offer was made but before accepting, there was no option presented to cancel the trade. Once accepted, I called them and they stated that the trade cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Just know that Adorama, B&H, KEH, and others have amazing customer service and are willing to work with you on such matters - including reversing a trade.
Do not buy or sell anything to MPB - you have been warned
