do not ever, ever choose "free" shipping on fedex for purchased items unless you want to get exasperated. both companies don't honor their commitments. delays will happen everytime because it's "free." better yet, don't do business with either one. there are far better alternatives: keh and ups. or unless you enjoy chatting with ai and only get more exasperated. and yes, you will definitely get an apology but that's all!
