I've done a couple of exchanges and sells with MPB and so far the experience has been easy with little to no stress. I would love to get more money for my gear, which is my main gripe, but otherwise the interactions with MPB associates have been great. I've only had to return/exchange one item I purchased due to some cracking on the camera body, which were somewhat visible on some of the photos and I didn't not catch; however, I was easily able to contact MPB, explain my issues with the item, and exchange it!
