Well refined processes for everything from Initial Quote to Trade-In and Payment, super fast. Very fair prices for selling/trades/purchases, and fair adjustments during grading process. Loved the pre-paid shipping process via FedEx for selling. I've bought and sold equipment with them at this point and am super happy with the entire experience.
