This time I bought a camera (second hand) that has an intermittent fault. That can happen with brand new equipment too. But it’s how it’s dealt with that matters most. One email is all it took for mpb to sort a replacement. 4 working days later I had my camera - all postage paid for by mpb. Excellent customer service. I recommend mpb to anyone thinking of upgrading their kit.
