I received a very good quote for my (long) list of used digital photography gear (better than the offer I received from our large photography store in Seattle). Free shipping through FedEx was a breeze, and wrap up (i.e. inspection and final payment) was quick. Communication throughout the process was very good (I was able to reach a human when needed and resolved some questions through email).
So I'm a happy customer and can recommend mpb.com if you have gear to sell (I have not yet used them to buy anything and cannot speak to that side of the business).
