Great when there is no problem but have a problem and they won't take responsibility or stand behind incorrect information provided by staff. Had an issue with product grading and a coupon so we agreed on a solution. A few weeks later they changed the conditions of the solution which made it basically worthless. No offer to resolve the issue. We are talking less than £40 and they'd rather lose a customer. Spoke to 4 different staff and got nowhere.
