They are very honest about valuation of your gear. I have sent stuff in marked as good and they will mark it as better than good if that is what they see. None of this shady stuff saying it's worse than you think and then offering you less. Very trustworthy imo. Would never use anyone else when it come to my camera gear. Have used them more than once and will continue to do so.
