Their site is very easy to use. When I input my information regarding selling my camera I thought I estimated the condition of my equipment too high as I put in "Like New". I hoped I wouldn't be lowballed. To my surprise, they actually sent me an email stating that they'd received my camera and actually increased my quote by $20. This is the second time I've used MPB and both times I've been more than pleased and treated very fairly.
