Sent in a Canon Camera with Orginal strap, and lens, along with charger, battery, 2 x Compact Flash Cards, original manual, original software installation disc, original USB cable loom. Arrived at MPB on 16th April. Still hadn't been processed by 30th April. Was only processed when I chased them up - they quoted £90 less than promised due to the charging condition of the battery - this was too much of a reduction so I asked them to return the trade in and cancel the deal. On 3rd May I received back the camera with strap, the lens, the battery and charger. I did not receive back the Compact Flash cards, the manual, the installation disc or the cable loom. I queried this immediately and have repeatedly chased the company for a response. Since 8th May one of their customer service team has attempted to get a response from the companies trade in team. Today they finally sent me a form answer quoting their terms and conditions, essentially stating unless you have given a written list of all the none original accessories included with a trade in MPB reserves the right to throw it all away regardless or whether you accept the trade in or not. Considering most of the accessories they failed to return where originally supplied with the camera by Canon it still doesn't make sense. I was offered a £25 voucher off a future £100 purchase as some form of compensation - I have refused this since I no longer trust this company and certainly won't be spending money here in the future.
