I have been selling my used gear to MBP for a while now but this time I went with a trade-in. I had wanted the Nikon Z8 but it was too expensive when it first came out. I traded in my Sony a7iv and some lenses and got quite close to getting a Z8. I went with it and received my device from MPB. Device dis not turn on and I had to contact MPB for a replacement. No questions asked, they provided a return shipping label and asked me to choose another Z8 from their inventory online and provide them with the SKU. Did that and that Z8 was put on hold. Long story short, they sent me another unit and I am now a happy camper. Thanks again MPB
