I part exchanged some gitemd for a new lens. The whole process was very straight forward. My items were collected by courier on Monday, my quote was finalised on Tuesday. I accepted the quote and my new lens was delivered on Thursday with the excess money in my account the next day. I also had to contact the help centre with a query and it was dealt with quickly.
