I bought a long lens that I had wanted for years but could never afford, a few weeks ago I could so ordered. I had not thought that in the past few years I had developed arthritis in my hands and found that the lens was too heavy for me to use. A conversation via the chat on the website and they send me a returns number and reserved a smaller lens but with the same focal lens for me. Very pleased with the outcome, they couldn’t have been more helpful.
