Mr Central Heating seem to be trading illegally. They sent the wrong boiler and I asked to return it. They told me that I couldn't return it as I may have used it. Completely ridiculous as it hadn't even been taken out of its original packaging. I told them that they are going against British consumer laws and the distance selling regulations. They then told me that they would give a partial refund of £160 for a boiler, I had just a few days before paid £960 for. Stay clear of this dishonourable company.
