“you cannot return the order you received because you opened it. You pay a lot of money and it's not even worth it. The device does not work and they tell you that you cannot return it and that you must call others. A very bad and unqualified company.”
“Bought a boiler from this company as I thought it was a well-established company. Turned out to be more of a scam really as they wouldn’t accept a return and told me that they don’t need to accept returns from anyone but they sometimes do just to be nice. They have tried to distance themselves from British laws and create their own law for trading. Trading standards will be viewing on to them soon.”
“Mr Central Heating seem to be trading illegally. They sent the wrong boiler and I asked to return it. They told me that I couldn't return it as I may have used it. Completely ridiculous as it hadn't even been taken out of its original packaging. I told them that they are going against British consumer laws and the distance selling regulations. They then told me that they would give a partial refund of £160 for a boiler, I had just a few days before paid £960 for. Stay clear of this dishonourable company.”
“Returned an item in its original packing to the Park Royal Office because the plumber did not turn up to install. They are refusing to refund because the box has transparent tape on it which was used to put the address on. Complete scam. The first person said the box was damaged, which was ok because it was insured when sent by Hermes, the second person claims it is not saleable because of the transparent tape on the box. Gave me a number for a internet team who asked me to go back to the depot, basically a run around. The person at the internet team put the phone down whilst I was explaining the problem. AVOID.”
“A complete nightmare company to deal with customer service very rude. Placed the order on the 6th of October called today and asked where my delivery is and they said you asked us to cancel the order "I Never did " the lady gave me a number said call this number as they are the ones that have cancelled your order i called and they said no you cancelled the order called us and cancelled there is nothing more we can do about this, i would of expected a the person on the other line to say i am sorry not sure what happened here who it got cancelled would you like to place the order again but no NOTHING I CAN DO, how is this company still trading with this king of customer service i do not know. I have used them before for many big purchases but i can say from today i will never use them again and i will make sure to spread my word.”
“Unclear description on website meant boiler I bought was incorrect, I was told I could not return as I had opened the tatty packaging it came in. Total rip off avoid at all costs, they will take your money and offer no customer service. Terrible company”
