Cameron provided great customer service from start to finish. He followed up almost immediately to my enquiry on the website, helped me to choose the right design (and was very patient whilst we went back and forth!), kept me informed throughout the dispatch and delivery progress and checked in to make sure we were happy with our product. Couldn't have asked for a better service and very happy that we chose to use Mr Bamboo Cup despite there being cheaper options out there - the service is well worth the price. Would absolutely use Mr Bamboo Cup again in the future.
