“The customer service from Kyle was brilliant. Super accommodating and friendly throughout the ordering process, even though we made a large, last minute order, in the busiest period of the year, Kyle still went above and beyond to make sure we had the cups by our deadline. The quality of the cups are incomparable. We were determined to find a sustainable option for this year's staff Christmas gifts- the values of Mr Bamboo Cup aligned with our own as a company, alongside the product itself which met the expectations we were looking for. The team here at Hachette Learning love the cups and we've even had comments from other divisions at Hachette UK stating how impressed they are with the slick look. 100% recommend ordering from My Bamboo Cup for both amazing quality cups and exceptional customer service.”

“As part of a sustainability project we spoke with Kyle at Bamboo regarding re-usable cups. Our site was looking to reduce the number of single use consumables we were using and with a site selling over 2000 cups of coffee a month this was not only contributing to a high volume of waste but also high costs. Kyle was so helpful, helping us to personalise our cups and ensuring a quick turnaround and delivery. We rolled out these cups earlier this month and they have been a huge success! Their durability, ease to clean and the fact that they do actually keep your coffee hot for hours has meant that there are no more wasted brews! I would highly recommend these products”

“I ordered a batch of lidded aluminium thermos cups with our team logo. They seem a very good quality - light-weight but sturdy, quality print with our very detailed multicoloured logo, leak-proof lid, fits a hand nicely. They are a decent size too, 360 ml capacity. The only little things taking a star off this review is, the last bit of drink does not come off the cup when the lid is on, and also it would be good if it said on the bottom of the cup that they are not dishwasher-proof.”

“Purchased as a gift for the team in achievement of some recent milestones. The end result was far better than I could have envisaged at the outset. Kyle and his team worked wonders on a slightly vague scope - superb communication throughout, and it looks fantastic. Feedback from the wider team has also been glowing - to quote ' this is one of the most thoughtful gifts I have ever recieved - and a tree planted too!!'”

“Found online and ended up ordering 100 of the Thermal bottle units for an exhibition. I was very impressed with the sales team (esp. Kyle), who are very professional and supportive. When I placed the actual order, they expedited quickly to meet my deadlines and when the items arrived they exceeded expectations. Super smart looking bottles, our logo and slogan look fantastic on them and they are a top quality item. The presentation bamboo bag and environmental messages (planting trees for every item ordered), is a great touch. We'll be back for me soon.”

“The whole experience with Mr Bamboo Cup was fantastic, the customer service was amazing and Kyle who supported me through the process was very helpful and patient when I needed to have multiple mock-up's done and changes made. Once we were happy to go ahead with the desgin, the cups were with us within a matter of days and the quality is even better than anticipated - highly recommend!”
