“Amazing service. Within 2 minutes from submititing a request for a quote, Dylan called me to talk through all the options and costs and was super helpful. The cups were delivered well before our deadline (looking perfect!) and communication was fast and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you so much!”

“The team purchased the reusable hot/cold cups with our branding and we are so pleased with the outcome, we strive to be as sustainable as possible, and with the team working hybrid all over Wales, this allows us to do our part. The printing job is a perfect and the design looks very classy. There is a sustainable pouch included with each cup. We had excellent communication with the Mr Bamboo team, who were very helpful and explained the entire process from beginning to end.”

They are superb quality and we are really excited about showcasing such a unique product that we hope will create a memorable touchpoint with potential enquirers. “The customer service from Kyle was brilliant. Super accommodating and friendly throughout the ordering process, even though we made a large, last minute order, in the busiest period of the year, Kyle still went above and beyond to make sure we had the cups by our deadline. The quality of the cups are incomparable. We were determined to find a sustainable option for this year's staff Christmas gifts- the values of Mr Bamboo Cup aligned with our own as a company, alongside the product itself which met the expectations we were looking for. The team here at Hachette Learning love the cups and we've even had comments from other divisions at Hachette UK stating how impressed they are with the slick look. 100% recommend ordering from My Bamboo Cup for both amazing quality cups and exceptional customer service.”

“As part of a sustainability project we spoke with Kyle at Bamboo regarding re-usable cups. Our site was looking to reduce the number of single use consumables we were using and with a site selling over 2000 cups of coffee a month this was not only contributing to a high volume of waste but also high costs. Kyle was so helpful, helping us to personalise our cups and ensuring a quick turnaround and delivery. We rolled out these cups earlier this month and they have been a huge success! Their durability, ease to clean and the fact that they do actually keep your coffee hot for hours has meant that there are no more wasted brews! I would highly recommend these products”

“Purchased as a gift for the team in achievement of some recent milestones. The end result was far better than I could have envisaged at the outset. Kyle and his team worked wonders on a slightly vague scope - superb communication throughout, and it looks fantastic.
