We ordered 1000 cups, which arrived really quickly, and the quality was incredible. “I needed an order of branded mugs at really short notice. Kyle at Mr Bamboo Cup could not have been more helpful. He provided me with all the information I needed and was clear and helpful about what information he would need from me in order to get our mugs printed and delivered on time. The order arrived on schedule and I was really surprised that each mug came in its own bag. Our customers at the event loved their free give away, and event tried to buy them! We have just placed a second order of mugs as the service was so great the first time. Thanks Mr Bamboo Cup.”

“We ordered some branded bottles to celebrate our company's 20th anniversary. Everyone was so pleased with their new water bottles and it was great to be able to assure our employees that they were eco-friendly and sustainably produced. “Ordered cups for an event with company logo. The cups are great, look exactly as agreed and they feel great too. Just had my coffee in one and it stayed hot for quite some time and didn't leak either. The communication with with the team was super smooth and they went above and beyond my expectations to deliver the product. Even though I wasn't able to deliver quality artwork, they worked around it and deliver the product looking absolutely perfect and almost immidiately after placing the order. They supported with everything and help create the product I can share with my team on time and looking better than expected. I would definitely reccomend to anyone looking to get quality product, especially made in a sustainable way. Thank you MrBambooCup for a great experience, I will definitely come back”

“We felt the ethos of Mr Bamboo Cup was in line with our own mission at the University of Oxford so we used the Eco Cups as an opportunity to launch our new brand for the Nuffield Department of Women's & Reproductive Health. The communication from Karl and Mr Bamboo Cup was excellent throughout the process and they delivered early despite us having a very tight deadline. The cup, and the print, are both of very high quality. They've been incredibly popular amongst the staff. Would certainly order again.”
