“We have been thoroughly impressed with both the products and the level of service provided by Mr Bamboo Cup. The customer service we received throughout the purchasing process was exceptional. Our account manager, Cameron, was extremely helpful and responsive. In terms of the product itself, we have found no faults in its quality. The exterior is smooth and comfortable to hold, and the printing is crisp and clear. We especially appreciate that it is made from sustainable bamboo, which makes it a great alternative to single-use bottles. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend the Mr Bamboo cup to anyone in search of a high-quality and eco-friendly travel bottle. “We have been offering a £1 coffee for a couple of years in our store and were in a situation where we needed to increase the price as disposable cups have increased in price over the last few months. We thought a reusable cup to offer £1 refills was the way to go while increasing the price of the standard coffee. Working with Kyle has been a simple and straightforward process even though I've been quite difficult, he has been patient and understanding as I have had to push the date of ordering back several times. We are very happy with the quality and speed of delivery, we will be ordering again in the future and wouldn't use anyone else.”

“My local cricket club was looking for water bottles as an end of season reward for our juniors players. This is part of our ‘Go Green’ initiative including single use plastic reduction. We didn’t make a purchase in the end, but Cameron and the team at Mr Bamboo Cup have played a small, but important part in making our club more environmentally sustainable. Without the professional service in providing a competitive quote, a branded mock up of the bottle and answering queries, I doubt this positive change and influence on our young people would have happened. Well done to you all and I will keep you in mind for the future!”
