I placed an order 22 March 2021, 9 days on and still NO dispatch notification. NO tracking information. NO Response from any of my attempts to enquire of it’s whereabouts!
No other delays with any other deliveries from other companies so no excuse there.
Unable to contact the company. Answer machine messages left with no response and emails not replied to.
Absolutely shocking service! It looks like a credit card chargeback is going to be instigated. I would not recommend anyone shopping with this company. Money is readily taken but no goods are received!
