“Just brought some mats from here and i'm very disappointed. They arrived late, communication from the company is shocking and when they did turn up the quality of them is very poor. We paid extra for better quality ones but my toilet paper is thicker.
Avoid this company and spend your money elsewhere.”
“Firstly wrong mats sent which did not fit.
After a month replacement mats arrive with a cheap and nasty looking iron on type sticker logo instead of the embroidered logo they promise on their website.
The logos look so cheap and tacky there is no way I would put them in my car.
Now ignoring messages so I am now in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards.
Plenty of companies out there, choose another one.”

“Placed an order for a standard classic car and paid. Delivery time was 3 days for production and 24 hour deliver according to their website.
After three days I was sent an email asking if the dimensions they had on file were correct. So they had spent 3 days not producing anything and then decided to make contact. I responded immediately and am waiting a response. No response so far after 24 hours. I now realise that if they are asking for the dimensions, I really should have purchased from a Car Mat specialist”

Sent my mum the wrong mats multiple times. How can you send the wrong mats when the process requires the car’s registration number at the time of order!!
We don’t want replacement mats, we want a refund.
When we email to rectify, they take weeks to reply and always ask the same questions and ask for photos over and over. We’ve sent photos on three different occasions and twice requested a refund.
When they finally do respond weeks or even months later, the refund request is ignored and we are AGAIN asked to send photos.
This has gone on for 5 months now!!!!

“Poor quality product and awful customer service. The workmanship was terrible, the logo badges had been sewn on crooked, the stitching was poor and the mats were thin despite paying etc for the premium ultimate material. They don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails and when they do nothing happens so you email them again and get no reply. Eventually someone called Miles got back to me and apologised and said they would resupply and upgrade the material quality as a gesture of good will. I have heard nothing since that email and they are back to not replying. Do not use this company. Wish I had read all the poor reviews they have received before ordering.”
