“Feel nice quality, quick delivery and the mats look good with the trims I ordered.
Have spoken to sales team about something that isn’t yet but might be a problem in the future, one of the front mats clips is very loose in the carpet, edge of carpet showing under clip, carpet hole seems oversized.
Sales seem very happy to sort if a problem occurs which is fine by me.”

“Great price, great looking mats, reviews not so great - had a little wobble after I’d read them, but after e-mailing & expressing my concern the company came through.”
“Mats arrived in clear plastic bag on doorstep, already opened. The delivery label had been stuck to the inside of the bag he wrong way round so courier had to open bag to see deliver address. One of the anchoring clips on the drivers mat had fallen off in the bag. I was able to tap this back on. They fit really well. Although these are the 'ultimate variant, I was a bit disappointed by the depth of the carpet. Having said that, they are better quality than the citroen original mats that I bought with the car ( they were loop pile & were hard to clean). As to quality of the new mats, time will tell.”
“Your customer service is absolutely shocking. Waited weeks for our order it finally turned up after raising a dispute with PayPal and they don't even fit in the car. You do not reply to emails or voicemails. Trading standards are being informed and I will get my money back through PayPal. Feel free to collect your mats from my address as I won't be paying to send them back.”

Absolutely shocking service! It looks like a credit card chargeback is going to be instigated. I would not recommend anyone shopping with this company. Money is readily taken but no goods are received!”
