Your customer service is absolutely shocking. Waited weeks for our order it finally turned up after raising a dispute with PayPal and they don't even fit in the car. You do not reply to emails or voicemails. Trading standards are being informed and I will get my money back through PayPal. Feel free to collect your mats from my address as I won't be paying to send them back.
