Placed an order for a standard classic car and paid. Delivery time was 3 days for production and 24 hour deliver according to their website.
After three days I was sent an email asking if the dimensions they had on file were correct. So they had spent 3 days not producing anything and then decided to make contact. I responded immediately and am waiting a response. No response so far after 24 hours. I now realise that if they are asking for the dimensions, I really should have purchased from a Car Mat specialist
