Extremely disappointing experience. Poor cold chain management and order processing. I had to cancel my order due to an unusually long delivery time and confirmed the cancellation over a call with customer support. Despite this, the order was still shipped. I returned the package immediately, yet they refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, they offered to resend the now expired medicine without any cooling. It’s been over two months, and I’m still waiting on a refund of more than ₹5000. Avoid if you value reliability, especially for critical medical needs.
