I bought a cooler bag at MrP Home Benmore, I retured it 20 minutes later because the lady I bought it for did not like it as the material was very thin and flimsy. Upon requesting a refund I was told they could not help me as I paid with my virtual credit card all they could do is allow me to swap it for something else in the store. Surely this cannot be true. I did not want anything else in their store as I had no time to look and their store is quite small. The managers attitute and client service was despicable, honestly just horrible !! I went to another store and had a very different , they were friendly and accomodating and assisted me as it was a same day purchase.
