After receiving the worst online service I have ever experienced I would like to warn future clients to never rely on Mr.Price Home's online service. I placed an order on the 8th of July for glass jars, on the 14th I got an email saying the order is ready for delivery and that I should receive it by the 17th. When I didn't receive anything the 17th I followed up with their customer call centre. No one could tell me what is going on and promised to phone me once they do have answers. No one phoned me so I followed up again. They said the courier company, Fastway couriers, said the address is unclear and I am not answering their calls. The address I gave is my business address with the name of the business very big and clear on the building. I also did not receive any calls. On the 21st I followed up again only to be told the package was damaged, that I would be refunded in 24-48 hours and that I need to place the order again if I wish to receive it. So 2 weeks of waiting with terrible service and I still don't have my order. Never again.
