Ordered a pair of balanciaga trainers on 30/12/20. Cyber Monday had the confirmation of purchase. waited in the following day and decided to phone them which they said my bank had cancelled it. (Which they hadn’t) it was Mr Porter who had cancelled it,
They have rang me back to be fair but still I have no trainers what I ordered, it’s put me off from ordering from them in future.
