Customer service was worse than worse! Return policy is trash probably because they just want your money and not the returned items! They don't care about their customers.

The worst customer service I've ever received! Mr Porter is just living off the brand name but the company itself it’s an absolute trash! Take your money and go to the actual brand and buy what you want.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. People are rude, useless, unresponsive and ignorant. Further, the loyalty program is just a scam. Given a gold member, there are supposed to be no delivery charges. However, they always apply. When contacting customer services, they have each time a different excuse. You find better online stores with the same brands.

What has happened to a once great company 🤬 Bought a pair of shorts and a tee shirt and yes I did fall victim to the price reduction offer before I even had delivery but I understand this is a business not charity. Anyway shorts bought are described/listed as the same shorts previously bought but in a different colour where upon receipt they are totally different in quality, sizing and appearance - drastic reduction in quality from manufacturer or lazy editing from Mr Porter 🤔 Tee shirt simply total wrong colour from one ordered - only fault can be attributed to Mr Porter despatch team. When they was communicated to customer service after a lot of time and effort it was agreed I would get a refund to my Mr Porter Acc not Paypal - they have tried this scam on previous customers please see other reviews. I of course still wanted the tee shirt but I would of had to pay again as there would of been no credit in my account as return would not have been rec'd - again please see below for other experiences. Of course this was again highlighted to Mr Porter along with if I wait that long sale would be over or item sold - guess what happened.? Yes by the time they used some common sense the item had been sold out 🤡 As way of apology I got a telephone call from supervisor Don saying they would refund my delivery fee - well thank you very much for that Don - you mean the fee I paid myself to get an incorrect delivered item and a pair of counterfeit shorts ! Great customer service 😡 Mr Porter used to be top of the tree and a great company but obviously something is "changing" there and they are experiencing huge problems so advise to stay away from Mr Porter until they can get their act together.

Report them to the consumer protection bit of citizens advice - they report every call to trading standards. They will investigate and ensure this company is brought to book. Too many people are getting had off. In my case they changed their story from ‘we are looking after your item’ and will refund shortly to telling me I didn’t return it. My bank is trying to get the money back but everyone who’s been messed about by these should contact citizens advice so trading standards get a good idea of how big a problem this company is. They used to be great too. They’ll reply to this asking me to email or some nonsense.

They suck you in with a promotional code then as you go to pay and add code they tell you oh no its not for all our items only some!!! Very Dodgy and i wont be supporting this type of business

My parcel was marked as delivered even though it wasn't and I was at home the whole day. I contacted customer service immediately and after tens of emails I today received an email that after 3 months of doing nothing to solve the problem they have closed the investigation. Horrible customer service and will definitely never order from them again.

Mr Porter looses a returning client, since 2016. The order number: 1006ZD6BF2219J I raised concern out of return period as I had not worn the shoes until a few weeks before as they are Autumn shoes purchased in summer. The reason I raised a concern is that the seams inside the shoes are not equal and hence one shoe was uncomfortable. On consulting by email, they kept pushing the matter back saying its wear and tear. On explaining the matter over the telephone, a refund was agreed by the the representative (they claim to record phone calls). And a return slip sent to me out of the period of return. A return was accepted by Mr.Porter as I received a return slip for the shoes to be returned by UPS from Mr. Porter outside period of return. Time went bye and Mr Porter was quiet, on contacting the Client Care Team, we are kept being given push backs, and no solution. It got tiring, and therefore I requested to speak with a Manager. No they just don't put you on with a manager neither does this person have a telephone number, one must wait for this person to call, she/he was to call, and never did that call take place. The shoes in question were returned to me today without any communication, that is rude. I yet await to speak with a Manager. I shall take a loss of a FAULTY pair of OFFICINE CREATIVE / Bullet Suede Desert Boots Colour: Tan / Size: EU 46 Product Code: 0400 5953 6058 7, which I never should have received in the first place. Mr Porter has lost returning client, since 2016.

I would avoid this company. I was given an expensive Tom Ford gift, and the company said they only exchange colors. If I want a smaller version of what I have, they will not do it. So I am stuck with a $700 gift I will never use.

I purchased a pair of leather Nike… I purchased a pair of leather Nike shoes from Mr Porter about 6 weeks ago. Some of the soft fabric and stitching near the ankle part of the shoe started coming apart within only 2 or 3 weeks, and it got worse. I emailed customer service last week, provided photos, which clearly show the damage on both shoes in the exact same spot (which I think rules out an accidental tear) however they just keep saying that the damage is from 'normal wear and tear' and that I should get it repaired by a local cobbler at my own expense. Every time I try to explain, provide more photos, ask for it to be reviewed, or for their reasoning, they just give me copy pasted answers. Very disappointing that Mr Porter seems to think it's 'normal' for a $250Aud pair of shoes to start falling apart within only a few weeks.

I was shipped an incorrect product and six weeks later have still not been issued a refund despite multiple calls and emails with customer service , which were wholly unhelpful. Almost looks like fraud.

It used to be the pinnacle of men's online fashion, where the customer service and overall experience matched the glitz and the promise of the website and their marketing. Now, however the only promise you'll find there is one of frustration. I've had to wait over 34 days for a high-value refund, despite multiple attempts to contact them. Perhaps they want to tie up customer funds for as long as possible? Maybe it's laziness, or conceitedness; either way they display contempt and disregard for even their longest and most loyal customers.

Honestly the worst experience online shopping I’ve ever had. DHL delivered to a communal area not to my flat didn’t ring the bell and then after an extremely patronising and condescending telephone call with a lady called Kenisha I was told I ticked a box for no signature and it would take 3-6 weeks to investigate. This is untrue; at the end of the order page there is an option for either ‘signature MR Porter packaging’ or the ‘go green carbon friendly plain packaging’. Obviously, most people are going to go for the greener option. To then be penalised for this is outrageous and I’ll be following this up with my lawyer and lodging it as a fraudulent transaction with my bank. Will never be using this fork again.

Absolutely diabolical customer service. Quite simply the worst I have ever experienced. I purchased 3 pairs of footwear from this company. The order was received quickly and the packaging was fine, however upon receipt and trying the items on I instantly realised that 2 of the items were not to my liking and I registered a return for them both online. After trying the 3rd item on a couple more times I also decided that I didn't like the fit of these either. I placed all 3 items in the same box they were received in, along with the paper returns form, clearly indicating that all 3 items were being returned for a refund. I then arranged for DHL to collect the pacakage from my home address. The package was picked up that same day and sent back to Mr Porter. The issues are just about to begin!! I received an email to say that the returned goods had been received, and I was subsequently issued a refund, however when I checked the details I had only received a refund for 2 items. I immediately tried to contact the customer help team on the phone but to no avail, so I sent them a message on Twitter. I received a response which read, and I quote: "According to your return form, you only created a return for 2 items, and we received 2 items back. Did you return it separately using a different return label"? I quickly realised that I had forgotten to add the 3rd item to my online return request, which was obviously my error, what worried me & angered me though was the fact that in the message I received it stated that they had only received 2 items back. This was a complete and utter lie by someone at Mr Porter. I replied to the message, explaining what had happened, and asking how it was not possible to clarify what had been returned simply by correlating what was in the box, with the paper return form and the relevant order number. I was then informed that they were sorry for any confusion and inconvenience and they would look into the issue, hopefully resolving the problem and issuing a refund within 48hrs. This all happened on Saturday 20.08.22 and I am still awaiting a response from this terrible company. Despite numerous messages and phone calls to the supposed customer service team, they are still telling me it is under investigation. I did ask the question, that had I stated on the online portal that I had returned all 3 items, but only returned 1, would this mean that I would still get a refund for all 3, simply because the online portal stated 3 items had been returned or would they correlate this with what was in the box? Guess what, they would as this would mean them being out of pocket. In this is case, it would appear that someone is fraudulently trying to claim a free pair of trainers, which is obviously theft!!!! Due to the lack of help, and the fact that I am still in this position despite all 3 goods being returned to them on Saturday, I have now had to take the matter up with Trading Standards & I am also in the process of logging it as a crime (theft). If you take the time to read other reviews you will clearly see that this is not the 1st time Mr Porter have done something like this. Please take heed and buy off some of the other honest, trustworthy & reliable retailers.

My delivery arrived and after owning plenty of Essentials items I can guarantee you that the items I received from Mr Porter are counterfeit. Please see the attached photos for reference. The stitching is diabolical. There’s loose threads all over the garments. The quality of the material is awfully thin. Also the tags say made in China whereas all my other Essential items have been made in Vietnam. Please bare in mind I own a a large amount of Essentials so I know how the quality should feel. So I do know what I should be expecting. I have seen a lot of bad counterfeits but this is by far the worst I’ve ever seen and I’m shocked that it’s gone through your hands and no one has picked up on. I require an immediate refund as I have basically been conned from a surprisingly reputable brand. Yet this is currently somthing I have not received and I have spent hours trying to sort the issue with the customer care team. Their email address “is too full” so every time I’d send an email it would bounce back. So the only way to make contact was to spend hours on the phone. I’m now told I need to return the items back myself which I find appalling. This is their mistake which they should rectify. I should not have to go out of my way as I’ve gone through enough trouble as it is! I just want my money back immediately.

!!!!!Attention Organised theft!!!!! Mafia method I'm used to buying on the internet, and here I'm shocked by the methods. I don't usually leave reviews but if I do it's to prevent this scam from continuing. If you want your money stolen, it's theirs! Order of more than 1100€. I take the pair of balenciaga to their Parisian shop and ask them why I usually wear a size 42 and it's too big...they tell me clearly that it's a counterfeit. So I call MrPorter and they tell me to send the pair back so they can send me a pair in 41. And then to go back to the shop to have them checked if I don't trust them. From there I send them back, following their procedure (I insist), and as if by the greatest of luck, they tell me after 3 weeks that they have received an empty parcel (obviously I am not the only one to have this misadventure). Now MrPorter is blaming everything on the UPS carrier. They pretend not to understand and send back the same emails. They are obviously used to doing this. They have never tried to find a solution. As I said, I followed the procedure to the letter, by handing over the parcel to the relay point and it was indeed the person from the relay point who sealed the parcel. I should have known right away when the Balenciaga salesman drew my attention to the fact that the goods were fake... Now the parcel was supposedly received empty, a method to make the fact that they sold counterfeit goods disappear. The seller knew this site and gave me a big smile and told me to file a complaint immediately! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE MRPORTER or YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. It's the same group, and if you look hard enough, they don't have any premises, they're a ghost company with a screen so they don't get caught.

Bought a BELSTAFF Colonial Leather Messenger Bag, the leather dye on the bag rubbed off and stained two shirts. Customer service sends endless auto generated emails but no reasonable resolution. I won't shop with them again. 2706ZB9F52284J
