For quite a while I was a loyal customer and was what they call an EIP. I was very happy with the selection and pricing but the customer service was always pretty poor. Eventually I had an issue where I tried to return an unworn item, in perfect condition, the day it was delivered (having decided it didn't suit me). This was rejected with them claiming it was stained (possibly they're too stupid to understand the dyed pattern is intentional). When I protested I got exactly the same response from customer service and from that point they literally ignored me, not replying to any further emails. I have now ceased shopping with them altogether.
