It used to be the pinnacle of men's online fashion, where the customer service and overall experience matched the glitz and the promise of the website and their marketing. Now, however the only promise you'll find there is one of frustration. I've had to wait over 34 days for a high-value refund, despite multiple attempts to contact them. Perhaps they want to tie up customer funds for as long as possible? Maybe it's laziness, or conceitedness; either way they display contempt and disregard for even their longest and most loyal customers.
