Good service, quick response from customer service (although slightly abrupt!), quick delivery and a quality product. The pocket square was pre-folded to be cut to depth of pocket (i.e. not a handkerchief to be folded). I'm sure this was as described so not a complaint and actually made it really easy and no fuss. Only small drawback is it doesn't allow you to achieve different styles/folds but overall very happy with it and the service.
