They have acknowledged my request return but never sent me shipping label to return bow tie. I have emailed them multiple times asking for shipping label but never received any emails back. Scammers”

The match was perfect the tie and pocket square was fantastic quality the packaging and wrapping of the products were first class. I paid more than usual but I would again, nice to be able to buy British and support our local suppliers of quality items. 100% would recommend and I would buy again.”

“The bow tie was fine but I paid for two working day delivery and you didn’t even get it to the post office until the end of the second working days. It arrived in the afternoon of the third working day five minutes before I had to leave for my event and after I had bought a fall back tie. Not at all impressive. No response to my email asking what was happening either.”
