“The pre folded pocket square is good, but the card is a little short for my suit pocket so maybe make it deeper. Otherwise generally pleased and feel the quality of both pocket squares reflects the reaasonable price”

“I didn't realise the bow tie wasn't tied, and contacted them to equire what my options were. They just sent me a link to their return site. I didn't read the instructions properly, so apparently I didn't start the reurn request. I sent the bow tie back, and after a few days when no money had been deposited to my account, I contacted them, asking why. They answered that no return had been submitted. I checked the transaction number, and it said my return had been reject and was on its way back to me. I realise this was my own fault, but I also think a little understanding goes a long way. The last sentence brought my rating from a 3 to a 2 star: "At least a charity shop will benefit from your mistake on this occasion."”
